If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Process

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging for a full refund
- Opened items may qualify for store credit or partial refund at our discretion
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
