Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order from your account page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—follow us on social media to stay updated!
Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). Shipping costs for subscriptions are the same as one-time purchases.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. International shipping may be available in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.
