Welcome to HOYEHH. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at hoyehh.club and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

6. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOYEHH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOYEHH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. SMS/Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from HOYEHH, additional terms apply. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not required to make a purchase.
